La Cafferia stores

The La Cafferia project began in the 1990s. Ferruccio Rizzi had a brilliant idea: he saw the future of roasting extending beyond the walls of a factory. He wanted to create a place with a culture that revolved around coffee where people could actually sample his products as well as buy them. La Cafferia stores are the epitome of our coffee culture.
Customers visit our stores to enjoy an early-morning espresso, taste a sought-after single-origin coffee, or get recommendations about which blend to choose. When they leave, they take away a greater understanding about coffee and its intricacies.
The La Cafferia concept is based on a flexible business model with principles that can be as easily applied to individual stores as they can to shop-in-shops in shopping centres.
The roasting company now owns three coffee shops in Varese and Milan. It also has other coffee shops with business partners in Saronno, Gallarate, the Guangzhou of China, and Istanbul in Turkey.
