This coffee grows and develops in small mountain plantations controlled by descendants of the Maya indigenous producers. A project for iodiversity controls the processing steps and protects the extreme quality of the coffee. This coffee offers a tasting of great balance between a complex body and pleasant acidity. The taste is full and round citrus aftertaste. Notes ofgrapefruit and orange yellow.
