The 50th anniversary blend traces our history dedicated to experimenting and creating blend for espresso coffee. The search for arabicas that give sweetness and aromas to the cup led us to discover a Brazilian Santos from the Minas Geiras Region, delicate and chocolaty blended with fine Guatemala Huehuetenango beans. The full-bodied component instead is given by the Maraja Coffee. This robuysta coffee comes from India in the Karnataka region and is grown at about 1600 meters above sea level. It is a washed process coffee that give a good body and structure to the cupa s well as a persistent aftertatse. The overall blend blend is balanced with hints of almond and papaya.
