Description
Decaffeinated natural swiss process, or Swiss system. Through the use of this method, no chemical substance is used. The beans are washed and the water used for washing is passed through carbon filters designed to retain the caffeine extracted from the beans. The use of fine coffees to be decaffeinated with this method gives a soft and elegant flavor.
