On the occasion of the forty years of the Roasting, this mixture was rediscovered, written among the notes of Ferruccio Rizzi, the founder. In homage to those who inspired and continue to inspire the work in the constant search for quality, it was decided to propose it again to evoke the hints of traditional blends. The result has been excellent. The sweetness of Columbia and the floral taste of Guatemala are mixed with the creaminess and acidity of Brazilian coffees.
